Value of Bursary
The value of the Bursary is as follow:-

| State player | 25% waiver of tuition fee |
Note: The Bursary is for one semester only (i.e. 1st Semester).
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicant must have represented the state/country in any sports during their upper secondary (Form 4-6).
- The sport must be affiliated with Olympic Council Malaysia (OCM)/National Sports Council (NSC).
- Applicant must be a full-fee paying student pursuing the Diploma in Sport and Exercise Science programme or Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Sports and Exercise Science or Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Sports Coaching and Performance Analysis.
- Applicant must not be in receipt of any other scholarships/grants unless written permission is first obtained from the University.
- The Bursary is only for Year 1 Semester 1 students.
- Applicant may be required to attend an interview.
Application Information
- Application is open from Week 1 to Week 7.
- The completed application must be submitted to the Faculty of Applied Sciences not later than end of the week 7.
- Late application will not be entertained.
Application Outcome
- The appropriate amount of tuition fee will be refunded by end of the semester.
- Student will NOT be eligible for the Bursary if he/she is withdrawn from the programme at the time of the refund of tuition fee.
- The decision of the University shall be final. Any appeal will not be entertained.
