DASEIN Leadership Study Grant

The DASEIN Leadership Study Grant recognises students who have demonstrated leadership qualities during their school years.
Students who held recognised leadership roles in high school co-curricular activities may apply for a partial tuition fee waiver when registering for a full-time Diploma programme at Dasein Academy of Art.
Eligible positions include roles such as president, vice-president, chairman, vice-chairman, secretary, treasurer, group leader and committee member.

Eligibility / Requirements
Applicants must:
- Have held a recognised leadership position in a school club and/or society.
- Submit a School Leaving Certificate or other relevant recognition certificates stating the club/society and position held.
- Be full-time registered students in Diploma programmes at Dasein Academy of Art.
- Apply for the grant for the year of admission.
- Settle the required registration fees.
Key Conditions
- Ordinary members are not considered for the grant.
- Students may submit only one position from one club or society for the grant application.
- Students must pay their first-semester tuition fees before the commencement date of the semester or before the first day of class.
- Once approved, the tuition fee waiver will take effect over five long semesters:
- Year 1 Semester 2
- Year 2 Semester 1
- Year 2 Semester 2
- Year 3 Semester 1
- Year 3 Semester 2
- Study grants are not transferable and not exchangeable for cash.
- Students repeating a semester due to unsatisfactory performance or academic misconduct must pay full tuition fees for that repeated semester.
- If a student withdraws or is expelled, the study grant will be forfeited immediately.
- The grant can be applied concurrently with other study grants offered by Dasein Academy of Art.
Application Deadline
Application forms and supporting documents must be submitted to the Dasein Finance Department within 3 weeks after the date of class commencement.
