Being an international student at Manipal Malaysia is both exciting and challenging, but it gets easier with time. The food is quite similar to home, which is comforting. Most festivals are celebrated here, allowing students from different backgrounds to take part and learn about each other’s cultures. Clubs and events are fun and have helped me become more responsible while getting in touch with my creative side. I’ve made friends from different places and am building lifelong connections. The professors are knowledgeable, supportive, and easy to approach whenever help is needed.

I’ve had a really positive experience here since joining in 2024. The lecturers are incredibly helpful and always willing to assist students with their studies or clarify any doubts, which makes a huge difference in understanding the material.
The university also provides a lot of exposure and workshops to enhance skills beyond classroom learning. The curriculum is well-structured, incorporating practical sessions, case-based learning, and revision sessions, making the learning process more engaging and effective.
Although there is a strong focus on academic and skill development, the university also values students’ leisure time. There are many interesting clubs to join, such as tennis, football, dancing, and sign language, which make student life more enjoyable. Not to mention, the facilities are great, including a swimming pool and a gym.
Overall, I truly enjoy my time here because of the supportive people and the positive, welcoming ambience of the university.
