Course Overview

The Bachelor of Business Administration (Human Resource Management) (Hons) programme is designed to produce professional human resource personnel who can help organisations transform human capital in realising organisational policies and strategies. It also aims to produce innovative and adaptable human resource professionals who can maximise human potential in an organisation effectively. In line with the mission to achieve the above objectives, students are exposed to various disciplines including cognitive aspects and the use of technology to help enhance human potential in an organisation.

Entry Requirements

Entry Requirements

Option 1: STPM

• Pass STPM or equivalent, with minimum Grade C (CGPA 2.00) in any 2 subjects.
• Pass SPM or equivalent: Pass Mathematics, Pass English

Option 2: STAM

• Pass STAM with minimum grade Jayyid.
• Pass SPM or equivalent: Pass Mathematics, Pass English

Option 3: Matriculation / Foundation

• Pass Matriculation / Foundation with minimum CGPA 2.00 from 4.00 or equivalent.

Option 4: Diploma / Advanced Diploma (Level 4 or Level 5 MQF)

• Equivalent qualification with Diploma / Advanced Diploma (Level 4 or Level 5 MQF) with minimum CGPA 2.0.

Option 5: DKM / DVM

• Entry with DKM / DVM is subject to Senate / Academic Board approval.

Option 6: DLKM

• Entry with DLKM is subject to Senate / Academic Board approval.

Option 7: Other Qualifications

• Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.

Additional Requirements

• International students must achieve a minimum score of 5.5 in IELTS or equivalent.
