Course Overview

Physics is a fundamental science that helps explain the behaviour of the physical world, from electrons and X-rays to stars and other large-scale phenomena. Its applications extend across fields such as electronics, medical science, telecommunications and space research.

The Bachelor of Science (Honours) Physics develops theoretical and practical knowledge in the fundamentals of physics and their applications in modern technology.

Students learn through laboratory-based activities using modern equipment while developing analytical, problem-solving and information-handling skills. The programme also supports the development of communication and entrepreneurial capabilities for future careers and further study.
