Entry Requirements

General Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Malaysian citizen with a valid Identity Card / MyKad.

SPM

Possess the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with at least:

• Grade C in Bahasa Melayu
• Grade E in Sejarah (History)
• Four (4) other subjects with Grade C not previously counted

Specific Requirements

Applicants must also meet the following:

SPM Subjects

Obtain at least Grade C in THREE (3) of the following subjects:

• Mathematics
• English
• One (1) of the following:
  Science, Computer Science, Additional Science, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering Studies, Civil Engineering Studies, Electrical & Electronic Engineering Studies, Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Technical Communication Graphics, Invention, Scenography, or 3D Fine Arts

In addition:

• Grade C in ONE (1) additional subject not previously counted, excluding:
  • Bahasa Melayu
  • Sejarah

Eligibility Note

Applicants must be from the following groups only:

• Malay
• Native of Sabah
• Native of Sarawak
• Orang Asli (Indigenous people of Peninsular Malaysia).
