Applicants must meet any one of the following requirements:

A pass in SPM with a minimum of three (3) credits in any subject or equivalent qualification; or
A pass in the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with a minimum of three (3) Bs; or
A pass in O-Level with a minimum of three (3) credits; or
Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Level 3 to pursue a Diploma in the same field; or
A Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in a related field with a minimum CGPA of 2.00; or
Other equivalent qualifications recognised by the Malaysian Government.
