Course Overview

The Bachelor's degree program in Computational Data Analytics is a comprehensive three-and-a-half-year program that equips students with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the field of data analysis, data science, data engineering, and data analytics management. The program offers a unique blend of theoretical coursework and practical work experience to prepare students for successful careers in the industry.

One of the key highlights of this program is the 14-month work-based learning component, where students have the opportunity to apply their knowledge and skills in real-world industry settings. This work experience enables students to gain valuable insights into the practical applications of data analytics and provides them with a competitive edge in the job market upon graduation.

Entry Requirements

Obtained at least Gred C (2.00) at STPM level for these subjects: 

  • Mathematics T / Mathematics M and
  • Physics/ Economy/ Accounting / Chemistry / Biology / Information and Communications Technology

OR

Obtained at least Gred C (2.00) at Matriculation level for these subjects:

  • Mathematics and
  • Physics/ Computer Science  / Chemistry / Biology

OR

Obtained Diploma Degree with honours (minimum CPA of 2.50 ) from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia or any other Institutions of Higher Learning recognised by the University Senate.
