Candidates must pass with at least grade B in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in the STPM examination, or at least grade B in Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology and at least 4B in Physics at the SPM level, or

Candidates must pass with at least grade B in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in the Matriculation examination organised by the Ministry of Higher Education, or at least grade B in Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology and at least 4B in Physics at the SPM level, or

Candidates must possess good diploma in the field of Engineering/Science from recognised institutions.
